      The series of product has derived the merit of the porcelain /glass insulator. The reliable pouring construction of connecting hardware fittings and porcelain core plate in the nose maintains the stable strength of mechanical tensile of the original porcelain insulator. Because of the mould silicon rubber compound coat injected in the surface of the porcelain core plate, the insulator has a range of more excellent characteristic than porcelain insulator’s, such as waterproof performance, antiaging, strong ability of antipollution, light in weight. The ability of antipollution is 1.7 times as porcelain or glass insulator’s. Because of the strong ability of antipollution, 20 percent tower pole altitude will be reduced and a mount of steel and valuable land will be saved. Especially, the insulator solves the present situation, which Post Compound Insulator is not available in the tension string above 110KV. And it truly enables the entire line to achieve a normal condition without maintenance
The series of product is available in every occasion of 10-1000KV overhead power lines. The hardware fittings connected in the nose is coincident to the suspension insulator’s of the same spec. They can exchange. Especially, the product provides a new type insulator to A.C. and D.C. high voltage progress. The product passed the P.V.(Product Verification). Its technology is global patent and advanced. Moreover, it receives the national patent protection.
